About Royal Mint Megaways
Royal Mint Megaways is a six-reel Megaways game released in February 2020, and one of the few titles where Big Time Gaming stacks two of its own earlier inventions on top of each other. The studio says so plainly on its official page: "Royal Mint combines Extra Chilli and Bonanza to bring twice the game play to a single one slot." In practice the main grid holds six reels showing between two and seven symbols each, which produces the classic Megaways ceiling of 117,649 ways to win — seven to the power of six. On top of that, per Big Win Board, sit two 1x4 bonus reels, one above and one below the main area. All three sets react together: that is what Big Time Gaming calls Triple Reaction.
The reaction mechanic itself is standard for the studio: any symbol involved in a win is removed, new symbols drop to fill the gaps, and the sequence continues while fresh wins keep forming. What sets Royal Mint apart is that the two bonus reels are not decorative. Big Win Board notes that Wilds appear only there, on the top reel and the bottom one.
