About Legacy of Egypt
Legacy of Egypt (October 2018) is a classic Egyptian slot from Play'n GO — not tied to the Rich Wilde saga but a cousin of Book of Dead in mythology. The slot precedes Dawn of Egypt (a direct sequel, 2020) and marks the studio's expansion into the wider Egyptian franchise.
The structure: 5x3 reels, 30 fixed paylines (generous compared to the standard 10 in the Wilde Dead series), stakes from €0.30 to €90. The €0.30 minimum stands out — one of the highest in the catalogue, tied to the 30 active paylines. Top-tier RTP of 96.50% — above the Play'n GO average (96.20%) and most of the studio's Egyptian catalogue. High volatility.
The animated 3D pyramid acts as the scatter — 3+ pyramids anywhere trigger the bonus. But before the Free Spins, there's an intermediate step: the Wheel of the Gods. The player spins a wheel that determines the exact number of Free Spins awarded: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15 or 20 spins. This random pre-bonus adds excitement and variability.
The Scarab Wild is powerful — a high-pay symbol that substitutes for everything except the scatter. Stacked on the inner reels during the bonus, it can generate consecutive high wins. During Free Spins, retriggers are possible via a wheel respin.
Max win 5,000x — standard for the Book of Dead-style franchise from Play'n GO. No bonus buy. Ideal for fans of the Egyptian theme looking for a slot with an elevated RTP (the most common value in the Pragmatic catalogue), players who enjoy a wheel pre-bonus mechanic, and the generous 30-payline format. The €0.30 minimum may deter casual players (this slot is less accessible than the standard €0.10 titles).
